Lesley has been involved in a number of sectors throughout her career. Her significant roles include leading the Licensed and Hotels division in the South East for Keith Cardale Groves.

Lesley then went on to diversify into high value corporate and residential lettings running the SW London teams for Barnard Marcus.

Lesley joined the team in 2013 focusing on retail and leisure acquisitions predominantly on the high street and in shopping centres.

Her experience also encompasses the out of town retail sector working with both Retailers and Landlords.
